JKD Photography is my dream realized.
I use my Nikon D40x 10.2 mp digital camera for all my sessions. I use natural light photography, I believe that God made the
sun for us to use, so I use it all the time. For evening shots, I have a speedflash.
I have more than 9 years of
professional portrait studio experience behind me. I excelled in photography courses in school. I have tremendous creativity
and an eye for great one of a kind shots. Being in business on my own is new to me, but photography is second nature. I do
not believe in straight, "up-tight" portraits, I will get you moving for natural shots!
I use Adobe Photoshop
CS3 for my portrait editing. If you have a naturally beautiful raw image, there is not much you need to do to enhance it.
If you have a bad raw image, there is not much you can do to enhance it. I believe in taking naturally beautiful portraits
and making them better!
I believe that portraits should "portray" the subject
in a natural sense. I take a very casual approach to my photography. I like to capture the "real you".
